My boyfriend is leaving for Iraq later this year and I have been trying to accumulate recipes for things that would be able to ship overseas, I have found a few, but he’ll be gone for a year so I’d like a bunch more! ANY kind of recipe would be appreciated. I have recipes for Jar Cakes and several cookies, anyone else have any ideas?

you should try making mexican tamales: you can freeze them and theyre easy to store a favoravle quantity…..
you should really look up the recipe!!

I made these and sent them to my brother when he was in Vietnam. He said they always arrived almost like they were just out of the oven.
Make a double batch in 9 x 13 pan. Make two double batches. He said they would disappear as soon as he opened the box in front of any other guys.
