    Great video, very informative and entertaining.

    The recipe was awesome. My only problem was that it doesn’t look like it plates well with the ground chorizo. From the video it looks like a mushy refried bean sauce.

    I tried the recommended dried sliced chorizo instead with rinsed canned beans and got great results. I bet it’s even better with a little saffron as well.
