Question by Seed Of Towlie: I am looking for the recipe for baked breaded Turkey cutlets?
I was watching Lidia on PBS and she made a baked breaded turkey cutlets that looked good. Does anyone have the recipe or a similar recipe?

Slice cutlets 1/2″ thick, season lightly, dredge in flour, egg, seasoned bread crumbs. Fry in 1/4″ oil in pan until golden both sides. Put on rack on a cookie sheet, finish off in 350 oven for 15 minutes.
