i want to cook a 3.5 pound boneless center pork roast in a bag. What is the cooking time and seasonigs.

Why are you cooking in a bag? Why don’t you roast the pork with salt, pepper,garlic, rosemary, and pretty much anything else you like for seasoning. Seat the oven for 350 and bake for 30-45 mins or until the thermometer reads 150-155 i believe. You can also marinate your pork roast. As for the cooking in the bag, how do you do it? I haven’t seen this method before and can you give a little explication if you dont mind.
