    @vad7771 Not a single idea. I don’t have an electronic scale, nor have ever tried adding it up on a calculator. I do however have a rough ideal of getting 25% of my calories from fat, just like the top 8 longevity cultures around the world average.

    Nice video Zak, the spirulina in the dressing is neat. I’ve been doing the same with my chlorella recently. That bowl was so full of salad I was wondering how you’re gonna mix in the dressing :D
    I’d be waiting for the sprouts video, do you grow your pea shoots without soil? I think I saw a jute mat there or something like that. If you use soil, please tell us what kind and how many times it can be reused.
