VitaMix AntiAging Immune Booster Smoothie
Written by Guest on September 30th, 2011
www.blenditandmendit.com My VitaMix Anti Aging Immune Booster Smoothie is a Karen Knowler recipe that I’m making because of Sandi, a viewer! Love the circle. Karen thinks like I do, Keep It Simple, Smoothie. Only two ingredients 1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice 1/4 cup of Goji berries That’s It! I love the simplicity. Sandi puts a new twist on Karen’s recipe by soaking the Goji berries in water to cover overnight. Add the berries and their soak water to the orange juice, blend thoroughly and enjoy!! Intensely delicious and nutritious. I want my immune system boosted, don’t you?Make this and post your comments and questions! That’s great info because Goji’s are $22 or more a pound everywhere I look. I didn’t know about them, Thanks for the heads up, I will check them out.

I see where you posted about ordering goji berries — I ordered mine from Azure Standard. Have you ordered from them? It’s not mail order, they have a truck route. I order every month and I don’t know what I’d do without them!
They sell organic goji berries (bulk) for $16.95 per pound. You can check them out at azurestandard

I bought goji berries and they’ve been sitting in my cupboard ever since. Now I’ve got something to try them in! Thanks Jane!

I bought this batch from Whole Foods. I have not yet ordered Goji berries online, but would probably get them from the rawfoodworld store. Goji berries are expensive. If you find a good site and a good price, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jane

I know what I’m making tomorrow morning. Now I have another way to use the Goji berries. Thank you for yet another simple recipe.
