www.blenditandmendit.com In my VitaMix Anti Aging Tangy Tahini Salad Dressing video, I not only show you how to make this delicious salad dressing but I show you how to make the tahini, too! Two cups of inexpensive sesame seeds results in two batches of salad dressing AND a jar of tahini. Very cost effective for such a versatile, nutrient dense food. Make a big salad, take some to work and there will be some ready for you when you get home. No shopping, no cooking. More health, less work.Make this and post your comments and questions! The sesame paste/tahini lasts many weeks in the fridge. Go to goneraw.com for many delicious recipes using tahini. I will be making more, too.

That is so rewarding to hear. Keep me posted on your progress and the benefits you experience from drinking green smoothies. At some point, I’d like to chat with you about it. I’m adding that to my list. Keep on blending and mending, butterfly.
