What can you do if you want to know if the pork chops are done cooking?

    Use a thermometer to check the inside temperature. Pork should be cooked to 145F.

    Best thing do do is get a simple digital thermometer and check the center of the chop, or any meat. Never under cook pork or chicken as both can make you very sick. Most digital thermometers come with a time and temp chart for various meats which really helps. Also, boneless meats will cook faster and be drier than bone-in meats.

    brown them in the skillet on the stovetop- with a bit of salt and pepper…

    place on cookie sheet or baking dish and cover with cream style corn– bake in oven at 350 until corn is no longer creamy but a little dry looking- about 45 minutes to an hour…

    they are VERY tender and yummy! this is how my mom used to make them all the time
