From those ingredients, it’d be pretty hard to guess. If you had the flour or the water, it might be a bit easier. Look at http://www.cooks.com and search for your recipe there. They have a good search tool in their site. They do have a whale of a lot of slightly different recipes for popular items, so one of those could likely be the right one you need. It looks like a rather small recipe, as there’s only a half-cup of sugar total. They probably have all sizes.

This is the recipe that I use and it is DA BOMB:
2 sticks butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2-1/2 c. flour
1-2 bags Nestle Chocolate Chunks
*** SECRET INGREDIENT ***
1 box 4 serving size FF/SF Jello pudding (powder only)
Add the jello when you add the flour! This adds a dimension to the cookies like you’ll never taste anywhere else! The cookies taste so moist and sweet without being sweet!
